    1/4 Cup Dried Bay LEaves
    1/4 Cup Dried Marjoram Leaves
    1Cup Baking Soda
    2 Cups Fine Sea Salt

    Recipe



    Grind leaves in a coffee grinder until powdery. Mix all
    ingredients very well andthen pour into an airtight
    container. Pour 1/2 cup of mix into warm bath.

    This soak is good for circulation and comforting sore
    muscles.
