    1 cup of fresh string beans
    2 cups water
    2-3 Tablespoons of plain yogurt

    Recipe



    Boil the string beans in the water until very tender. Remove from heat and drain the water and cool. In a bowl, mash them up and add a little plain yogurt. Massage this green mixture into your skin and allow to work its magic for ten minutes.
    Rinse with luke warm water and notice how much smoother your skin is!
