Beef Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef
6 green onions -- chopped
3 large celery stalks -- chopped
8 ounces bean sprouts
1/2 cup red pepper -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper -- to taste
Recipe
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Stir in onions, celery,
bean sprouts, red peppers and ginger root. Cook over medium-high
heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring
frequently. Stir in rice and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
