List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 cup uncooked orzo
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, saute the rice, orzo, mushrooms, onion and celery in butter, stirring constantly, until rice is lightly browned.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes
