    * 1 tablespoon vinegar
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * Dash of pepper

    Mix in a cup or basin and pour over the salad at the time of serving.

    Variations:

    Add other ingredients such as mustard, sugar, black pepper and paprike or try a little mayonnaise, sour cream or yoghurt.
