Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients
Microwave 4 large garlic cloves for 1 minute. Peel, trim end,
center sprout. Combine garlic, 1/2 cup each: low fat mayonaise
and plain low fat yogurt. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice,
1/4 teaspoon salt and a pinch cayenne in blender.
Blend until smooth. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste.
Makes 1 cup.
