Cheddar Cheese Sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional if making chese sauce)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Stir cornstarch and milk together until smooth. Add in seasonings. Bring to
boil over medim heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
To make cheese sauce follow directions above, only add about 2 cups shredded
cheese toward the end; stir until smooth.
