    1 cup whipping cream
    8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
    4 Tbs unsalted butter
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbs light corn syrup

    Recipe



    1 In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat. Stir in chocolate, butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cool slightly before serving.
    2 Makes about 2 cups.
