    1 C unsweetened cocoa
    � C sugar
    Dash of salt
    2 C boiling water
    1-3/4 C honey
    Vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa and sugar, add salt. Add water gradually, stirring
    until smooth. Add honey. Cook over medium heat, boil 1 minute
    without stirring. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Store covered.

    Yield: approximately 4 C
