You'll need about 1/3 cup grave per person. For each cup gray, use 1 T. fat
and 1 1/2 T. flour. For example:
To make 12 servings of gravy, use:
4 cup liquid (giblet broth, chicken broth, etc.) plus degreased pan juice
4 T. fat
6 T. flour
If you don't have enough broth, and pan juices for the amount of gravy you
need, add homemade or low salt canned chicken broth to make up the difference.
