    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 tablespoon light corn syrup
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine cocoa, sugar, cream, syrup, butter and salt in heavy saucepan then mix well.
    Bring to a boil over medium high heat and boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat before adding vanilla.
    Great on cakes, brownies, puddings and ice cream.
