    List of Ingredients




    6-8 pork chops
    16 oz. pineapple juice
    1/2 cup soy sauce (reduce sodium works fine)
    1 t. ground ginger
    1/2 t. minced garlic
    1/3 cup italian dressing (low fat is fine)

    Recipe



    Combine all marinade ingredients. Place meat in freezer bag or container. Pour marinade over meat. Label, seal and freeze.

    To serve: Thaw. Grill, broil, or pan fry pork chops until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center. Discard marinade (not safe to use this to baste the cooking meat since raw meat was in it).

    I cooked this in the crock pot and it was delicious. I did not discard the marinade because I made sure it boiled in the crock pot for a while, hence killing all the harmful bacteria. It makes a delicious gravy and the chops come out very tender.
