    3/4 cup light soy sauce
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
    3 Tbs brown sugar
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    4 Cloves garlic -- crushed
    2 Tbs fresh ginger -- chopped

    Recipe



    Will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge.
    Yield: 1 1/2 cups
    Instructions:
    Place all ingreadients in a jar with a lid. Shake well until completely combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. Use for any vegetable, meat, chicken or seafood stir fry.
