Strawberry Sherbet

2 pints strawberries, washed and hulled
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup half and half
Recipe
Put the strawberries and sugar into a food processor and puree until smooth.
Mix in the half and half. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and
freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Put the finished sherbet in a
storage container and freeze until firm. Makes about 1 quart.
