    List of Ingredients




    1 pound lean beef stew meat

    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

    3 large carrots, peeled and sliced

    2 stalks celery, sliced

    1 small onion, cut into small chunks

    1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

    1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce

    2 cups beef broth, red wine, or water (or a combo of the three)

    3 tsp. dry tapioca

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/2 cup frozen peas

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients except peas in a small roasting pan and cover with lid. Cook at 350º for 3 hours. Stir in peas the last 15 minutes of cooking time. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
