Potato, Bacon and Corn Chowder

List of Ingredients
3 cups water
3 cups half and half
1/4 t. salt
1 package Betty Crocker Suddenly Potato salad traditional potato salad mix
12 slices ready to eat cooked bacon, cut into pieces
1 cup frozen corn, from a one pound bag
Recipe
Heat water and 2 cups of the half and half just to boiling in a 4 quart pan
over medium heat. Stir in potatoes and seasoning mix. Cover and cook 20
minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining 1 cup half and half, the bacon and
frozen corn. Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until
chowder is hot. Serves 4
