Quick Hamburger Stew

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck or round
1 sweet onion, sliced thinly
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 (19 ounce) can tomatoes
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
3 medium carrots, scraped and sliced
2 stalks celery, diced

Recipe
Brown beef in a large soup pan, stirring with fork to break up
the meat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes longer. Add remaining
the ingredients, except biscuits and bring to boil. Reduce the
heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables
are tender. Serve over biscuits. Notes: My family doesn't like
chunky tomatoes, so I throw them in the blender quickly to
puree them before adding to the stew.
