    1 tablespoon dried sage
    1 tablespoon dried savory
    2 teaspoons celery seeds
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Whirl the ingredients in a blender or food processor until powdered. Use
    in poultry stuffings and in gravies, sauces, and stews.
