    2 Cups Domino Sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Blend the sugar and extract in a bowl
    Spread it on a tray lined with waxed paper and let dry about 4 hours
    Press out any lumps with a wooden spoon and store in airtight container
    For an easy elegant gift, place sugar in a glass jar and decorate with ribbons. For a finishing touch, add a cinnamon stick or vanilla bean
    Try other flavors using mint, lemon or almond extract
