8 tsp. instant minced onion
4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. crushed dried red
pepper
2 tsp. instant minced garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dry oregano leaves
1 tsp. paprika
Recipe
In small jar with tight fitting lid stir all ingredients
together. Store in cool dry place up to 6 months.
To prepare taco filling: Brown 1 pound ground meat.
Stir in 2 tablespoons dry taco mix, 1/2 cup water and 2
tablespoons tomato paste. Stirring constantly, bring to a
boil over
medium heat and boil 1 minute. Makes 2 cups of filling,
enough
for 6 to 8 tacos.
