Broccoli Cheese Bake

l can (l0 3/4 oz) cheddar cheese soup
4 oz. (l cup) shredded cheese
l/2 c. milk
l (l4 oz) pkg. broccoli florets, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons butter melted
l c. crushed buttery crackers (approx. 20)
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Spray a l/2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick
cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine soup, cheese, and milk.
Blend well. Add thawed broccoli and stir gently into the mix. Pour
into casserole dish. In a small bowl combine butter and crushed
crackers; mix well. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for
35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
