Creamed Green Peas and Potatoes

3 T. butter
2 T. minced onion
4 potatoes, diced
1 T. flour
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas
Recipe
Melt butter and saute onion and potatoes over medium heat for 5
minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in flour and salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until it thickens. Cover and
simmer for 3 minutes. Add peas and cook until potatoes and peas are
done - about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
