Green Beans with Herb Butter

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp. fresh chopped chives
1 tsp. finely chopped tarragon
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Recipe
Cook the green beans in lightly salted boiling
water until the beans are just tender to your liking.
In a small bowl combine the butter, herbs and
lemon juice. Place on the beans while they are
still hot to melt the herb butter. Serves 6.
