Maple Glazed Carrots

List of Ingredients
1 pound baby carrots
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Place carrots in a saucepan then add enough water to barely cover them.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender.
Melt butter in a saucepan then stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
Simmer for 3 minutes then add carrots and simmer 3 minutes more.
Add salt and pepper just before serving.
