Nacho Potato Slices

2 large baking potatoes (about 1 1/4 lbs total)
Salt
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1 ( 4 oz) can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup salsa
1 ( 2 1/4 oz) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Scrub potatoes, trim ends, and cut into slices 3/8 inch thick. In a
microwave safe dish, arrange potato slices in a single layer. Season
lightly with salt. Top with scallions and chiles. Cover with plastic
wrap, turning a corner back to let steam escape. Microwave on high 8 to
10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Drizzle salsa over potato slices, then sprinkle with olives and cheese.
Microwave on medium for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
