Scalloped Potatoes

List of Ingredients
5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp. butter
Recipe
1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Layer half of the potatoes, onion and bacon in greased dish; sprinkle with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onion, bacon, flour, salt and pepper. Pour milk over top (it should cover half way up dish). Dot butter on top.
2. Cover dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.

*Useful Tip: Add 2 cups cooked, cubed ham to make this a delicious main-dish meal.
