Make Ahead Waffles

List of Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. salad oil or melted
butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Recipe
Combine eggs, oil and milk. Combine dry ingredients;
stir in egg mixture, mixing lightly. Bake in a hot waffle
iron. Yields 12 (4-inch) waffles.
Note: Waffle batter may be prepared ahead and refriger-
ated overnight. Waffles may also be frozen after they are
baked; just heat in electric toaster before serving
