this is wonderful to dip anything in, breads, hot fries, boiled potatos, spread over pizza bread, crackers
List of Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsp vinegar ( I use malt cos its in the house)
6 cloves garlic
1 cup oil
half tsp saltRecipe
I think this is meant to be made in a wizz
I just use a hand blender to get the garlic mulched.
After that it can just be mixed with a hand beater
Just make sure you add the oil very slowly
and mixed till it thickens and pales.
Store in the fridge for only about 4 days(raw egg)
If you can make it last that long, I make half mixture.
