Shrimp and Spinach Alfredo
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp -- peeled and deveined
- 10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms -- drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Microwave spinach for 3 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.
- Melt butter in a large skillet and saute shrimp until pink.
- Add mushrooms and spinach and stir well to heat through.
- Pour sauce and seasonings over all, stir and let simmer 2-3 minutes to heat.
