    This is a family favorite and would make a great pot-luck dish.

    List of Ingredients




    2-12oz. pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes, well drained. 2 cups sour cream. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup butter, melted. 1 onion finely chopped.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and place in bakeing dish. Top with 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degs. for 45-60 mins.
