Chicken & Bow Tie Pasta

List of Ingredients
Boil 12 oz bow tie pasta, drain. ( 4 cups dry)
In large skillet, cook 2 cloves minced garlic in 2 tbs. oil, over med-high heat for 30 seconds.
Add 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into thin bite-size pcs.
Add 1 tsp. dried basil, 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper. cook and stir for 4 mins or til brown.
Add 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained and cut in strips
1/4 cup dry white wine
Recipe
Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, for about 10 mins or until chicken is tender and no longer pink and a bit of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in....1/2 cup whipping cream and 1/2 cup parmesan.
Simmer for 2 mins more. Stir pasta into chicken mixture. heat through. Pass additional parmesan if desired.
