Butter Chicken

List of Ingredients
6 skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup half and half
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp green chili pepper finely chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
Recipe
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. In sauce pan, fry onions in butter until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, chili peppers, paprika, and curry powder. Fry for a few seconds.
3. Add tomato sauce, salt and chicken. Slowly bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmering unti chicken is nearly done, about 15-20 minutes.
4. Add half and half, stir and simmer until chicken is tender.
