    Chicken Salad in Party Cups

    Lightly grease muffin tin. Take white bread, crusts removed, & push one slice down in each muffin cup in your muffin tin. Toast lightly in oven to make sure it holds it shape. Then remove toasted forms from pan & fill with chicken salad.

    NOTE: I use mini phyllo cups.
