2 (8-ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons dry ranch-dressing mix

Recipe



In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese & dressing mix. Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.

Line a bowl or desired mold with plastic wrap. Spoon cream-cheese mixture into bowl, pressing back with back of spoon to eliminate large air pockets. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving time.

To serve, remove plasti-wrap cover. Invert cream cheese onto serving plate. Remove remining plastic wrap.

Serve with assorted crackers.
