Cut each hot dogs into 4ths. Cut bacon in half, wrap around hot dog & secure with a toothpick. Roll in brown sugar. Bake @ 350° for 45 minutes.
Crockpot: place bacon-wrapped hot dogs or cocktail sausagesin crockpot & spinkle generously with brown sugar. Continue layering, ending with brown sugar. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until bcon is done.
