    1 pound white American cheese
    2 cans small diced green chilis undrained
    1/2 cup- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (depending on how thick you desire dip)

    cut cheese into cubes. Place all ingredients in sauce pan & simmer on stovetop until smooth. Keep warm in crockpot. Serve with nacho chips for dipping.

    ****can melt in microwave using low heat; stir frequently.
