List of Ingredients
12 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Datil Dew Burgundy mustard sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped Recipe
Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mustard sauce, salt and pepper, and use fork to mash all ingredients together into smooth paste.
Spoon mixture back into egg whites. Garnish with parsley and serve.
