8 oz. pkg. cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 egg yolk, beaten
3-4 tsp. finely choped fresh dill weed
Recipe
Spread dill weed on small plate. Press cream cheese block onto dill weed, pressing down firmly. Remove 4 sections of crescent roll pastry from roll. Lay on cookie sheet to form rectangle & press edges together to form seam. Lay cream cheese block in center of pastry. Fold edges over cheese & seal seams by pressing together. Turn over on cookie sheet so seams are on bottom. Brush with egg yolk. Bake approx. 15 minutes.or until golden. Serve immediately.
