    Easy Jiffy Yeast Rolls

    I've had this recipe for a long time!

    List of Ingredients




    1 (9-oz.) pkg. Jiffy white cake mix
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 C. warm water
    2 1/2 - 3 C. flour

    Recipe



    Mix yeast, salt & cake mix together in a large bowl. Add warm water. Stir and gradually work in flour (get in there & mix with your hands!)Turn into greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let stand in a warm place for 1 hr. Punch down & shape into rolls (space on greased cookie sheet or use round cake pans. Brush with melted butter. Let raise 2 - 3 hrs. Bake @ 400° until golden brown ... approx. 15 min. Watch carefully. Brush tops with melted butter, if desired. *** I have also baked at 375°
