Sausage and Cheese Pizza Bread

1 (1-lb.) loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage (or 3-1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni)
2 C. (8-oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 egg, beaten
Recipe
Thaw dough, and allow to rise according to package directions. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to a 15-x12-inch rectangle.
Combine 1 egg and Parmesan cheese, stirring well; spread dough with mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch margin at edges.
Layer with sausage and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with oregano. Fold each side of dough over cheese; press to seal sides and ends. Lay loaf on a lightly greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush top of loaf with beaten egg. Bake at 375¦ for 30 minutes. Cut into slices to serve.
