Ham and Egg Cups

4 pieces thinly sliced deli-style cooked ham
(about 4 oz. total)
4 eggs
salt & pepper
4 teaspoons half-and-half or light cream
shredded cheese and/or snipped fesh herbsRecipe
Lightly butter four 6-ounce custard cups. Place on baking sheet. Line each with a pience of ham, pleating to fit.
Break an egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour half-and-half over each; cover with foil.
Bake the egg cups in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or unti eggs are firm & whites are opaque.
If youlike, garnish with some cheese or herbs, and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
