1 (16-ounce) bag Pepperidge Farm Original White Bread, crusts removed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream, for serving

Combine egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and light.
Place bread slices flat on work surface and flatten them using a rolling pin. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each of the bread slices. Roll up each slice jelly-roll fashion.
Brush melted butter on all sides of the bread rolls. Set them, seam-side-down, on a plate. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on rolls and turn to coat. Cover and freeze at least 1 to 2 hours or until solid.
When ready to serve, cut each roll in half, if desired. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream. Let sit a few minutes before serving. Makes 32 mini blini.
