    Sausage Muffins

    Source of Recipe

    internet

    List of Ingredients

2 jars Kraft Old English Cheese
    2 T. butter/margarine
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. sausage

    Recipe

Cook sausage & drain. In a microwave safe bowl, mix cheese, Worcestershire sauce & butter until melted. Stir sausage into cheese mixture. (I usually add a tablespoon or so of milk, optional). Separate each English muffin & spread mixture over each muffin half. Put muffins on a cookie sheet in your freezer. Freeze until topping has started to freeze, and then stack them in the plastic bag the English muffin came in & store in freezer.
When you want one, just take out of the freezer & put on a cookie sheet. Heat in oven at 375° until browned. ***Note: these don't do well if they aren't frozen first. Don't make them & bake them immediately, or the cheese will run off the muffin. ***If I'm in a hurry, I'll thaw it in the microwave for a few seconds before I bake it.
