1-1 lb bag of fine egg noodles
2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Boil chicken 30 min or until done. While broth is still boiling, remove chicken from pot with a slotted spoon and add pasta. Cook 10 min in broth. While pasta cooks shred chicken real well. Drain pasta. Add soup and seasoning to hot pasta-mix well. In a Pam sprayed 13x9, layer half of pasta then add chicken. Top with remaining pasta then
cheese. Bake 350* for 10-12 min.
**may add a little milk or sour cream (about 4 oz.) to soup mix as this is a little dry. May substitute 2 large size cans of chicken (with juice) for fresh chicken.
**Additions: onion, celery, canned mushrooms, green pepper, and/or frozen peas.
