1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef

1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice, cooked in 1 cup of water
1 3.5-ounce can pitted ripe olives, drained & sliced (opt)
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped canned green chilies*
3 tablespoons chopped green onion

Heat oven to 350. Saut beef in butter until crumbly, stirring frequently. Add tomato sauce and salt and simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into a 1-quart casserole. Top with the meat mixture. Cover and bake until hot, about 30 minutes.
