    These bite-size tartlets are filled to the brim with chocolate, pecans, and bourbon.
    Prep: 20 minutes
    Bake: 20 minutes

    List of Ingredients




    3 frozen mini phyllo pastry shells
    1/3 C. semisweeet chocolate mini-morsels1
    1 C. finely chopped pecans, toasted
    3/4 C. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 T. butter, softened
    1/4 C. bourbon
    1 large egg, lightly beaten

    Recipe



    Arrange shells on a lightly greased 15-x10-inch jellyroll pan. Sprinkle chocolate mini-morsels int shells.

    Stir together pecans & next 4 ingredients. Spoon evenly into shells.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days, or freeze up to 1 month.

    Yield: 3 dozen

    Note: for testing purposes only, we used Athens Foods Mini Fillo Dough Shells
