Scilian Meat Roll

List of Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 C. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 C. catsup
2 T. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 lb. lean ground beef
8 slices boiled ham
1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, sliced Recipe
Mix all ingredients together except ham & cheese. Spread to a 12x12" rectangle on waxed paper. Layer ham & cheese on top. Roll from short side & seal edges. Place seam side down in 13x9" pan. Bake @ 350° for 1 1/4 hours. Cut 1 slice of cheese into 4 triangles. Overlap atop meat. Return to oven for 2 minutes.
