Baked Angel Hair Custard

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound angel hair pasta
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese, preferably fresh
8 to 10 drops hot-pepper sauce (add more if you like more spice)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Pinch nutmeg
1-1/2 cups milk Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Bring water to a boil & crop in pasta. Boil 2 to 3 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
Butter a loaf pan. Set aside.
Beat egggs & cheese together. Stir in hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Add milk & mix thoroughly. Mix with cooked pasta, pour into prepared pan, & dot top with butter.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven & cool in pan before unmolding. Serve in thick slices. Serves 6 to 8.
