Easy Ziti & Broccoli in Cream Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ziti
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed (more, if you like garlic)
2 pkgs. (10-oz. ech) frozen chopped broccoli,
thawed & well-drained
1 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 C. heavy cream
2 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese
***note: I use fresh broccoli florets, cooked until still firm in boiling water (approx. 2 min.)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook ziti in boiling water until al dente (still firm). Drain pasta & place in a large bowl; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over med. heat & saute garlic until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Combine garlic, broccoli, Parmesan cheese & cream with ziti. Gently stir in 1 c. of the Mozzarella cheese.
Spoon into shallow baking dish. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered, for 20 -30 min. or until heated thru and cheese is melted.
