Tossed Broccoli Farfalle

List of Ingredients
1/4 lb. farfalle (bowtie pasta)
1/2 lb. broccoli florets (3 cups)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 T.lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, crushed
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Bring a larg pot with 3 to 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta cook 5 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook 5 minutes. Drain, leaving about 1/4 cup water in pot.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic to the saved water. Return pasta & broccoli to pot and toss to mix well with the sauce. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Makes 2 servings.
